Terms and conditions

50% of the confirmed program fee must be paid at the time of booking. The remaining confirmed program fee is payable either by cash on spot or PayPal ( 2 days before the start of the program) Tour date is only secured once deposit is received

You will receive a USD  Paypal invoice +5% invoice no conversion / foreign transaction fees will accrue through PayPal.

While we highly appreciate your business please note if we do not hear back from you in 48 hours upon receipt of our response we will consider this request relised. 

Final confirmation is sent after initial payment received.

Cancellation:

21 days before the confirmed program the paid deposit is returned deducting 15% handling fee.
Canceling within 21 days no deposit is refundable.

Additional charges:

Any additional charges accruing during the confirmed program must be paid up front by the guest such as (public transportation ticket fees, entrance fees, food and drinks, etc.)
